As the venerable Pulp International once noted, “Cougars of the world, meet the proto-cougar.” That would be Dame Joan Fucking Collins, seen here in promo photos for the 1972 television movie The Man Who Came to Dinner.
As you no doubt remember, Joan is a Starfire Lounge VIP, and still rocking today. This cheeky shot of the Grande Dame in sexy, black-lace stockings was taken just last year, only a few months before her ninetieth birthday.

I’ve seen that version of The Man Who Came to Dinner (with Orson Welles in the title role). Had no idea it was Joan Collins in the lead (when I saw it, her name wouldn’t have meant anything).
