Yoooo, check this out! Just when I thought the internet had revealed all there was to know about the world, this set of photos with two legendary horror actors surfaced and proceeded to blow my mind. Just a couple of icons, sharing coffee and some laughs. Amazing.
Donald Pleasance made a lot of movies, horror or otherwise, but he’s most fondly remembered by horror fans as Dr. Loomis from the Halloween films—“I shot him six times!!”—while the ferociously sexy Ingrid Pitt made a lasting impression with The Vampire Lovers, The House That Dripped Blood, and Countess Dracula. She can suck my…uh, blood, any time. Separately or together, they are horror royalty of the highest order.
Sadly, both of these icons are no longer with us, but boy howdy did they leave behind work that continues to thrill and entertain. Halloween season always reminds me of them, and I usually rewatch at least a few of their horror films every October.
Before we go, let’s just recognize that Ingrid Pitt was one of the most delectable, stunning, gorgeous, and sexiest women to ever grace this earth. Her jaw-dropping legs are on full, glorious display in these photos with Donald. I’ve never been so jealous of a balding, middle aged man in my life!
