Today, we’re flashing back to Michelle Pfeiffer at the Los Angeles premiere of Stardust, July 29, 2007. She was forty-nine years young at the time. Has a human being ever looked more perfect than Michelle does here? No, it’s not possible. Just see for yourself and tell me I’m wrong.
Simply irresistible. The woman never fails to make my jaw drop to the floor. Yowza.
As a lifelong Pfeiffer pfanatic, I’m well versed in all of her eras—yeah kids, Taylor isn’t the only one with eras—and I must say, the late 2000s, early 2010s, when Michelle was nearing and then surpassing fifty, is definitely one of her hottest eras. While transitioning into her “mature” phase (that’s what folks used to say about “older” women), she absolutely radiated scorching hot sex appeal at that time. We’re usually too classy to say she was the Ultimate MILF during those years, but we’re also just lowbrow enough to absolutely say she was the Ultimate MILF during those years. And she still holds that title today.
I love Stardust so much—so much—that it boggles my mind I haven’t really written about it here, beyond a few mentions. I really need to get to it, because that film, and Michelle’s performance, bring me endless amounts of joy. And can’t we all use more joy these days?
