In which we bow down to the hottest, sexiest, and sultriest of Charlie’s Angels: Cheryl Ladd.
Certain arguments among friends were a rite of passage for young Gen Xers during their misspent youths: Chrissie or Janet? Ginger or Mary Ann? Jennifer or Bailey? And which one of Charlie’s Angels was the hottest?
Personally, I’ve always broken it down as follows. Kate Jackson, as Sabrina, is The Best Angel. She is everything. Jaclyn Smith, as Kelly, and Tanya Roberts, as Julie, are The Most Stunningly Beautiful Angels. Like, drop dead gorgeous. Huge crush on both of them. Farrah Fawcett, as Jill, is The Iconic Angel with the Million Dollar Smile. Pop culture royalty. Shelly Hack, as Tiffany, is The Forgotten Angel (sorry, it’s just true). She had great gams, though. That leaves Cheryl Ladd, as Kris. Without a shadow of a doubt, Cheryl is The Hottest, Sexiest, and Sultriest Angel, period. They were all each of these things at various times, and often altogether at once, but Cheryl was most consistently the hottest, sexiest, and sultriest of them all. The woman is a total smoke show. She’s truly, remarkably, scorchingly hot. I also like to refer to her by a shorter, pithier moniker: The Foxiest Angel, because she’s a stone-cold fox of epic proportions.
Cheryl Ladd has a lifetime invite to the Starfire Lounge. As you will see below, she’s dropped by a few times previously. We’re always left picking our jaws up off the floor when she arrives. I agree with one of the comments, it could just as easily been called “Jaclyn Smith in a blue swimsuit” Frankly I don’t think the red wetsuit is terribly flattering on Cheryl.
